David  Bates, formerly of Havertown, PA, died on Friday. It was on December 21st. This was in his home surrounded by his family. He was 69. He was born in 1953.The son of the late Samuel. Bates and Doris Bates. He was a U.S. Marine who proudly served his country in Vietnam. They retired from. He was happy that he was loved by his family and enjoy the best of life. THen gave much to his fellow man.
