Adam Jones Biography

Adam LaMarque Jones an American professional baseball outfielder was born in San Diego, California on August 1, 1985. He plays for Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB). Before joining Arizona Diamondbacks, he played for Seattle Mariners and Baltimore Orioles which are also of MLB. Jones has one brother. Jones has four tattoos. Two tattoos are on his left shoulder as a tribute to his mother and grandmother.

He played in the Yankee Stadium and became the second player ever to hit a triple and a grand slam in the same game as a visitor. The first player to hit a triple and a grand slam in the same game as a visitor was Pat Seerey in 1945.

In 2009, Jones represented Baltimore in the All-Star Game. He sprained his left ankle and missed the end of the season. Jones was awarded a Gold Glove for his defensive play in the same year.

In 2017, Adam played for Team USA in the 2017 World Baseball Classic. He helped the USA team win against Columbia in the first round and the Dominican Republic in the second round. The USA team won against Puerto Rico.

Jean Fugett is the former tight end for the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins. Jean played in the National Football League for eight seasons. Audie Fugett graduated with a degree in Law from George Washington University. In March 2014, they had a son, Zaniyah Jones.
